TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The competition entries close on the 27th July at 2.15pm. Three entry forms will be drawn for each prize on the 27th July at the venue.
- Major prize is a scholarship worth up to $10,000 with Mackintosh College
- Runner’s up prize is a choice of Certificate III in either Children’s Services or Tourism with Coomera College of Business and Industry Training
- All prizes must be accepted and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Employees, Exhibitors, Students and their family members of the Gold Coast Careers Expo, Mackintosh College and Coomera College of Business & Industry Training are not permitted to enter the competition.
- For all competitions held throughout the event, employees and their families members of StudyGoldCoast are not eligible to enter the draw. However volunteers of the Gold Coast Careers Expo are permitted to enter any competitions.
- Entrants can complete multiple entry forms
- The organisation will not be held responsible for the entrant's incomplete or incorrect details.
- Once entered the competition the entrant has given consent to receive emails regarding promotions and other competitions unless the entrant has otherwise been asked.
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process.
- If the winner is under 18 years of age, they must have parent/guardian consent before accepting the prize.
- A valid entry form must be completed to be eligible to enter the prize.
- The Promoter may in its absolute discretion suspend, cancel or recommence the promotion if:
a) for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion; or
b) the determination of the prize winners or the delivery of the prizes is prevented or hindered by any outside agent or event including but not limited to vandalism, power failure, tempest, natural disaster, civil unrest or strikes or other industrial action
- The winner will be notified by telephone & email if not present when the prize is drawn.
- The prize must be accepted by the winner within 7 days of being notified.
- If the winner chooses not to accept the prize the next consecutive winning entry will be eligible for the prize.
- If the prizes are unclaimed by the three drawn entrants, no further draws will take place. The prizes will be used for another promotion at the sole discretion of the organisations who supplied the prizes.
