StudyGoldCoast members can organise tailor-made Study Tours for individuals and groups interested in a learning experience abroad. Opportunities exist for study tours from one day to 12 weeks.

Australia 's Gold Coast is famous for its sun, surf and golden beaches and welcomes international tourists to a world of natural beauty, the heritage listed Central Eastern Rainforest Reserves, award-winning restaurants, shopping, theatres, bars, theme parks and friendly locals.

Typical study tours include half-day English classes and visits to local educational institutions, accommodation tours, exploring the breathtaking Gold Coast hinterland and visiting one of the world-class theme parks such as Warner Brothers Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, SeaWorld and Dreamworld.

StudyGoldCoast members can also provide a variety of unique Study Tours or a combination of the following:

StudyGoldCoast is working in conjunction with Tourism Queensland to promote educational tourism within Queensland.

Gap Year is the term used for the one year break students in Europe traditionally take after completing high school. In the past, most students have simply spent the time traveling, exploring, making friends and relaxing after having studied most of their lives.

However, as competition in the work place becomes fiercer, employers and universities or colleges are asking Gap Year students how they spent their time and whether they tried to improve their education or work skills.

The course must be less than 12weeks as it wil be offered to international students. It should include some work placement or some kind of certification which they can show at the completion of their Gap Year to prospective employers or for further study.
