Who We Are

StudyGoldCoast

 

The StudyGoldCoast brand was created by the GCETN and represents the entire education and training industry on the Gold Coast. The purpose of the brand is to promote the region's industry in a cohesive manner to global markets.

The GCETN develops and manages many group marketing and business development initiatives under the StudyGoldCoast brand.

Members of the GCETN are entitled to use the StudyGoldCoast brand to assist individual marketing activities. The parameters under which the brand is used are detailed in the StudyGoldCoast Style Guide available in the Members Only section of this website.

Study Gold Coast logo

Logo Story

Australian in character and uniquely Gold Coast, the StudyGoldCoast logo is representative of the region's education and training industry - an industry that is moving forward with a fresh approach.

The colours of the logo, blue and gold, are the official colours of both Australia and the Gold Coast. The word 'study' in a finer blue font emphasises the educational component whilst the words 'Gold Coast' are true to their name and gold in colour. The similar fonts and absence of spacing ensures the name's cohesiveness.

Images unite to portray the key aspects of the destination -

A gold sun with fine rays sits neatly in the hinterland's hilly horizon. Below the mountainous surrounds are a wave and dark blue kangaroo, both moving forward and enforcing the idea of progress. The kangaroo, the last image to be seen as the eye moves right, is representative of the destination - Australia.
