BUSY At Work is an established and trusted not for profit organisation providing career opportunities to job seekers and students through apprenticeship, employment and education support programs.

With over 40 years experience launching careers and getting people in the job, our vision is to have more people in jobs, more people learning new skills, and more communities exposed to positive change. We offer a range of programs and services below.

Our Mission: 

  • Really understand the employment and skills needs of employers, enterprise and Industry.
  • Promote Industry driven training, employment and workforce solutions to jobseekers, students, people seeking to upskill and ‘at risk’ members of our communities, with particular emphasis on youth.
  • Develop a positive, highly motivated BUSY workforce to deliver sustainable employment and apprenticeships outcomes.
  • Assist new and existing businesses to grow and prosper through effective employment, apprenticeships and workforce strategies.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with industry groups, other providers and Government agencies
  • School Based Apprenticeships

    There are more than 600 qualifications that you can go for with a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship so you’re bound to find one that you love.

  • Apprenticeships & Traineeships

    An apprenticeship or traineeship allows you to become qualified for a particular job while studying for a certificate or diploma. You get paid, learn on the job and get a qualification. Australian apprenticeships and traineeships are really flexible.

  • Mentoring Support

    Mentoring support is available for you if you are an apprentice or trainee. Our mentoring support team are experienced and can help you access any available support to get you through any of life’s ups and downs that may be affecting your career progress.
