Excellence In Championing Diversity

A Bachelor of Psychological Science graduate from Griffith University, Erin advocates for diversity and disability inclusion, working tirelessly across her campus and with the Gold Coast Health and Hospital Service. Erin frequently makes presentations at conferences and events while championing inclusion for disabled people in the education sector and the workplace.

Excellence In Peer To Peer Support

Siobhan is studying medicine at Griffith University. Having grown up on an island, Siobhan has a genuine passion for improving health services in rural areas and remote communities. Siobhan established a bursary program for medical students completing rural placements and has also helped to organise a national rural medical student conference in Cairns last year.

Excellence In Fostering Creative Arts

Emmanuelle is a French-born Australian who moved back to the Gold Coast after a two-year stint in Darwin which she says was life-defining. Upon returning home Emmanuelle studied Screen & Media (Film & TV Production) at TAFE because she wanted to share stories of culture, love and identity through her own lens. Emmanuelle is a strong believer in continuous learning, shared knowledge and social justice.

Recognises a Gold Coast student who has consistently demonstrated through their work experience, volunteering and/or community engagement a passion to enhance the broader Gold Coast community.

Recognises a Gold Coast student who has consistently engaged in initiatives or programs that aim to spread awareness on the importance of protecting our beautiful beaches, marine environment, and hinterland. 

Excellence in Championing Diversity

Recognises a Gold Coast student who has advocated and championed the values of embracing diversity in varied forms within our community. 

Excellence in Peer to Peer Support

Recognises a Gold Coast student who has consistently given their time in areas of mental health & well-being, academic support or similar towards other fellow students.  

Excellence in Fostering Creative Arts

Recognises a Gold Coast student who has mastered a particular art form and made a significant contribution to the vibrant arts community on the Gold Coast.
